REIKI ENERGY HEALING

Reiki is an ancient method of energy healing that originated in Japan, passed down through many generations, including Dr. Usui in 1922, who began the modality of teaching it.
The idea is that everything is energy. From the birds, bees, flowers, trees, the wind, your breath and body's heart beat, it is all energy, Chi Life Force energy, all created by Source. God. The Universe. The Great Mystery. You choose the term. There is a powerful universal source of energy within and around us.
Source energy, the Reiki, is working to remove, transform, delete, clear away any energy that is stuck and causing stress anywhere within you. 
For example, a thought or environment that makes you FEEL stressed, is negative energy that can get stored in your body somewhere, causing DIS-EASE, and therefore pain or discomfort, like, examples; stomach problems, headache, throat issues, back pain, neck tension, joint issues, trouble sleeping Etc. 
Often we don’t REMOVE the energy, we are taught to take something to ease it.
Reiki Energy Healing focuses on removing, transforming, deleting, clearing, the energy that is causing the stress in the first place. Therefore reducing or completely removing pain, emotional, physical and other mental symptoms, and more, depending on what you need at the time.
